Nuestro café está certificado como orgánico, cultivado a la sombra y certificado por el Centro Smithsonian de Aves Migratorias que es amigable para las aves, café de comercio justo y directo. Nuestros granos de tueste oscuro son de una sola fuente y provienen de El Porvenir en Nicaragua, una cooperativa agrícola de propiedad de los trabajadores con la que nos asociamos desde 2002.

We are not currently offering order pickup. We offer FREE DELIVERY in: Shady Side, Bloomfield, Point Breeze, Squirrel Hill N, Highland Park, Friendship, Larimer, East Liberty and Regend Square. BNH will send an invoice for orders selected as free delivery that are not located in the free delivery neighborhoods.
Your purchase directly supports the community of El Porvenir and BNH Education Projects. Organic, direct trade, shade-grown and certified bird- friendly by Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center . Grown at 1,100 meters above sea level. The green beans are roasted to order for BNH by 19 Coffee Co., a specialty micro-roaster in Pittsburgh, PA.
Delivery time
Orders received by Tuesday noon will be delivered by Friday or over the weekend of the same week. Orders received after Tuesday noon will be delivered Friday or Saturday of next week. For shipping orders it usually takes 3 to 8 days from the Thursday of your delivery week.
