15TH BNH BENEFIT RAFFLE​

Building New Hope is launching our 15th Annual Raffle in support of youth education in Granada, Nicaragua!

At the time of last year’s raffle, we were in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic and had made the tough decision to temporarily suspend our school programs. Nevertheless, we continued to pay teacher salaries and assisted in meeting new needs created by the pandemic. As we begin to emerge and heal from wounds left behind by COVID-19, we are looking forward to, and planning for, post-COVID life at Yo Puedo and Quinta Los Chavalos schools. Returning to our school programs will be a key part of the healing process for our students and teachers.  

As you may know, our annual raffle provides essential funding that sustains Building New Hope's education programs. Ticket prices and packages for our vital 2021 raffle fundraiser will be similar to last year:

$50 donation: 1 ticket to enter the raffle 

$250 donation: 6 tickets

$500 donation: 12 tickets 

First prize: $1,000 cash! Second prize: a year's supply of delicious organic, direct trade, fresh roasted New Hope coffee. Plus, more wonderful prizes to be announced in the weeks leading up to the raffle drawing.

Building New Hope has always been dedicated to overcoming the physical, cultural, and economic distances that separate the people of Central America and the United States. In these difficult days of social distancing, please help us to sustain our cherished relationships with teachers and students in Nicaragua through these education programs.
